We are constantly working to make our site accessible to everyone we can. This site contains tags for use with screen readers. It was tested with NVDA, but there are many others. A link to NV Access for NVDA is provided as well as to the American Foundation for the Blind which lists many products to assist anyone with a visual disability. Volusia Flagler County Coalition for the Homeless does not endorse or warrant any particular products, rather these links are provided for convenience.
If you run into any issues please contact us so that we may be able to address the issues.

Funding Opportunities
The Commission on Homelessness and Housing for Volusia & Flagler Counties (COHH) serves as the FL-504 Continuum of Care. The COHH is a collaboration of agencies, stakeholders and individuals who share a common goal... to end homelessness!
In its current capacity, the COHH is responsible for the governance, planning, and allocation of all funding for homeless services in our area. The Volusia-Flagler County Coalition for the Homeless continues to provide assistance and guidance of the COHH in planning, coordinating, applying for federal, state and local funds, facilitate the ranking and review committee for this continuum, as well as implementing and monitoring services, activities and outcomes associated with not only the HUD CoC Grant and Emergency Solutions Grant competitions in accordance with the HEARTH Act and Interim Rule (CFR 24, part 78) but also other state and local funding.
